Prerequisites for multicampus courses include the initials of the campus to which the prerequisite applies. Rolla is designated Missouri S&T. Generally, a course with a number of 300 or more is restricted to upper-class students who have earned 60 credit hours or more. You may take courses that are 200-level and above to fulfill graduate credit requirements, provided you obtain approval, if required, of an academic advisor, department chair, or dean's office before enrolling.
Note: In UMSL's four-digit numbering system, 4000-level and above designate graduate courses.
